It is funny! I always/often try to buy well made and good quality pieces. Few months ago at Forever21, I saw this green dress(I am wearing it as a skirt here). I grabbed it and told myself that for sure after trying it, I would put it back. Anyway I ended up purchasing it because even though it was lacking quality big time but the fit was there. But now the funny part. Let's just say that my cleaning habit is more on eccentric side so the second time I wore it, I got a big bleach spot on it:(         You can shop my look here:
