I don’t consider myself as a fashionista because I prefer being plain and simple. But if there are occasions wherein I need to dress up, then I also make sure to follow the protocol as well as the dress code! I haven’t worn a velvet dress in my whole life, and I don’t think it fits me too! The illustration that you posted above looks really cool, but I need to have more guts to wear one.
