امروز من خود خودم شدم و اماده برای هر چیزی که زندگی برای من در پیش دارد(لطفاً چیزهای خوب فقط). امروز می خواهم دررابطه با این اصطلاح بسیار مطرح ریخت پاشهایی که سرمایه خواهند بود حرف بزنم. در اطراف ما٫ کانادا و امریکا٫ کیف و کفش جزو انها محسوب می شوند. از نظر من٫ درست هست که یک کیف با کیفیت خوب و کفش مارک دار لباسمون را صد برابر بهتر جلوه می دهند و شاید دوام بیشتر داشته باشند ولی سرمایه نیستند چون در موقع فروش نصف پولی را که دادی به دستت نمی اید. ولی طلا ونقره می توانند سرمایه باشند. اولاً که به نظرم وقتی سن مان بالا می رود٫ فقط باید زیور الات با کیفیت خوب استفاده کنیم(امیدوارم افاده ای حرفم به نظر نیاد). و دوماً وقت فروش درست هست که پولی را که بابت دستمزد دادی از دست دادی ولی افزایش قیمت طلا و نقره ان را جبران میکند.
این فقط عقیده من هست و خیلی مقاله ها دیدم درابطه اینکه بزودی طلا بی ارزش خواهد شد وفقط تقاضای طلا در کشورهای جهان سوم وجود دارد ولی من هنوز اعتقاد دارم خرید طلا و نقره بهتر از بقیه اجناس هستند به عنوان سرمایه و این درست  بر خلاف ان چیزی هست که به ما اجبار می شود در تبلیغات دنیا مد:)

Happy Wednesday everyone! I am back to my old self today and ready for anything that life throws at me( please! good stuff only!). For today's post, I want to share with you my view on investment splurges. Everywhere you go, you get bombarded by this concept of investment purchases, right? And in our part of the world, handbags and shoes are categorized as such items that you should spend more money on and they are worth the investment.
For me, I think for sure holding nice well-made purse and wearing gorgeous designer heels would make your outfit hundred times better and they'd last you longer(not always though) but they are not investments. If you decide to sell it, you don't even get half of what you have paid for.
But jewelry in real gold or silver should be regarded as investment pieces, in my view.  First of all, I strongly believe(hopefully without sounding snobbish) as we get older, we should only wear good quality jewelry pieces( Of course only if we could afford). And when it comes a day that you want to part with your pieces, even though  you'd lose the amount that you have paid for workmanship but until now, the increase in actual gold or silver value will make up for that loss.
Anyway this is just my opinion and I did  read a lot of  articles that have predicted that gold would be worthless soon and there is only demands in underdeveloped countries and other things like that. But I still think gold and silver are way better and wiser pieces than all other commodities that fashion advertisements are encouraging us to invest in constantly:)
